Changing / cancelling an appointment
Use the link from the original email confirming your appointment.
Due to the 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel within 24 hours, please do get in touch directly with us.
Cancelling- click the link in your email, check the appointment slot you want to cancel, tick a reason for cancellation or add text and hit cancel. An automatic email will let me know.
Changing- cancel your slot following the step above. The system will then offer you the opportunity of booking an alternative slot.
