To book:
1) Select type of treatment.
2) Date & time preferred.
3) Enter your personal details (you may need to scroll down).
4) Click the green ‘Book Appointment’ tab.

Changing or cancelling a forthcoming appointment
You can simply do this using the link from the original email confirming your appointment. (It is therefore useful to keep all your upcoming appointment confirmation emails as you will need the link contained within the email.)
Please note that the appointment must be more than 24 hours away - the system won't let you cancel the slot if it is within 24 hours, due to the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please do get in touch directly with us.
Cancelling appointments - simply click the link in your email, check the appointment slot you want to cancel, tick a reason for cancellation or add text and hit cancel. An automatic email will let me know.
Changing an appointment - cancel your slot following the step above. The system will then offer you the opportunity of booking an alternative slot.
